- The applicant agrees and understands that he or she shall become a “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE” either by obtaining-through SEWA- a nominated insurance policy of a minimum Rs. 12,000/= (Rupees twelve thousand) and higher or through the acquisition of products mentioned in SEWA’s brochure or website.
- That the insurance policy can be purchased only through a demand draft or pay order privileging said nominated insurance company.
- The onus of correctly and truthfully filling the application shall entirely be borne by the applying member. Errors must be rectified within 10 days from the date of the application. SEWA shall in no way be held accountable for any consequences for an application that is misleading as a result of erroneous provision of information.
- That correspondence shall not be entertained by SEWA without mention of specific ‘CODE’ that will be provided to every successful applicant.
- That all rights shall be accorded to the applicant only after obtaining the status of “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE”.
- That upon the unfortunate demise of any “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE” all rights , benefits and responsibilities of said associate shall- by law- pass on to the rightful nominee and said nominee shall be bound by the same terms & conditions.
- That all financial rewards, with the exception of the automobile, shall have the appropriate statutory taxes and an additional 5% administration cost deducted from said rewards.
- That if any “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE” is found unable to expand his line after 45 days from the date of issuance of policy-he or she may be replaced on the recommendation of his or her sponsor. This however will not affect the insurance policy itself.
- That SEWA holds the sole, undisputed right to terminate the entitlements of the applicant.
- That adjudication of all disputed matters/claims, in the first instance, shall not be taken to court and instead shall be referred to arbitration. The arbitrator shall be appointed by SEWA.
- That only Lucknow Courts of law shall have territorial jurisdiction to entertain any controversy in regard to defense of dispute to arbitration connected with application of arbitration clause.
- That the pair income shall be a maximum of 300 pairs per month (CAP) equaling a maximum of Rs. 3,00,000.
- That SEWA reserves the right to change the payout structure without prior notice being given to “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE”.
- That T.D.S. & Service charges will be deducted from every payout as per Govt.Law.
- That an administrative charge of 5 % will be deducted from payout.
- Royalty payouts will be only disbursed after fifty days from policy issuance date.
- SEWA will charge a fee of Rs 500 for name change of IDs. Club ID's name will not be changed without Rs. 10/= stamp paper duly signed & authorized by club holder along with Rs. 500/= fee.
- SEWA is not responsible for travel expenses and food and lodging during the process of registry unless otherwise specified.
- SEWA is not responsible for delays due to court strike, shortage of stamp paper, or any other reason affecting the function of the Registrar’s office.
- SEWA will no longer provide land at the price of Rs. 55/= Sq. Ft.
- Court fee/stamp charges –for registry of land- must be paid in advance to SEWA. Furthermore, the person in whose name the land is being registered may come to view the property only with approval from SEWA.
- Full value for the land must be paid to SEWA prior to registry.
- Rs. 8000/= Gift voucher will no longer be made available by SEWA.
- SEWA will not be held responsible for any strike at the Collectorate and thus the company will not give extra time after 90 days have elapsed.
- SEWA will not provide transport from station to hotel to office for ANY customer/networker/Club Holder.
- All business will be conducted during office hours without exception.
- Visits to the office on Sunday require a minimum of a 3 day notification either to the SMS, CMD or MD of the company. Surprise visits will not be entertained.
- SEWA will fix a day in every week for registry. Please note that Fridays and Saturdays are not convenient for registries.
- SEWA will not be held responsible for any disputes between networkers (downline/upline etc).
- Outstation cheques will not be accepted under any circumstance.
- Only cash or a bank-draft payable at par will be accepted toward IDs or Land.
- SEWA may not provide land after 90 days at specific land but will give land to any available site or fixed deposit certificate.?????
- Land parcels may be switched upon request.
- SEWA will block IDs in case of conflict of interest.
- Corner Plots will be charged 10% extra on every land W.E.F. 1st Feb, 2011.
